Magnesium Hybrid Metal Composite

Conventional stir casting disperses reinforcement by mechanical agitation alone. The reinforcement clusters, settles, or wets poorly, so the resulting property gain is inconsistent between castings — which makes the route unusable for anything that has to be qualified.

Battery Leakage Detection Machine

The test was performed manually. Throughput was operator-limited, and the escape rate depended on operator attention sustained across a full shift rather than on the capability of the measurement itself — so the station's real performance was neither stable nor knowable.

Agricultural Machinery Systems

Machinery specified on peak throughput alone loses more capacity to downtime and maintenance access than it gains in rate. The failure is not usually a component — it is a design that assumed the plant would stop conveniently.
